Our Story

StarCap Group LLC originated from three individuals that share common traits such as a strong work ethic, diligence in all we do, and always do the right thing. Our character is further defined by our adoption of the Urban Land Institute’s code of ethics which includes RESPECT:

After many years in different areas of real estate defined by excellence and developing our skill sets, Don Clinton, Chip Faulkenberry, and Eric Swanson went to work with Avison Young – Florida to create the Project Management & Development Services Division within the state of Florida.

While at Avison Young, we were encouraged to make our own real estate investments as long as we did not compete with our Clients. Our work culminated in 2024 with a decision to invest in ourselves and our own projects on a full-time basis. Avison Young is our largest Client today.
